Application Review
Our membership team reviews your application within 3–5 business days and may request supporting documents.
Approval & Payment
Once approved, you'll receive an invoice. Payment activates your membership immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade my membership category?
Yes. Members can apply to upgrade once they meet the eligibility criteria for a higher category. Upgrades are processed by the membership team and a pro-rated fee applies.
How does annual renewal work?
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. You will receive renewal reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Lapsed memberships can be reinstated within 90 days.
Can my employer pay for my membership?
Absolutely. We issue tax invoices addressed to your employer on request. Contact membership@metalogistics.co.za.
